Change of Mind As our gift boxes are curated and assembled to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [your email address] with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to find the best resolution.

Incorrect Orders If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@styledboxedgifting.com and we will arrange the correct items to be sent to you.

Digital Products Our digital library products are non-refundable once accessed.
